IMPORTANT BLACK FRIDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Today a very quick one to make you aware of the Black Friday weekend page adjustments. 

1. First of all, I would like to point your attention to the Terms & Conditions of our weekend sale discount codes. Please read through the page carefully, so that you are aware of buying rules. 

2. Secondly, I would like to let you know a special live chat option will be made available to our customers ensuring that all your queries are resolved on the spot (or as soon as possible), so your buying experience is as swift and pleasurable as it can be. 

3. Hassle-free Returns Policy - to make it easy and risk-free for all our customers we are putting into place a hassle-free returns policy, that will basically mean more efficient and swift refunds (in rare cases customers would not be happy with the product or the product reaches them damaged or faulty). This will be made available to you until 15th January. Normal refund procedure is working at all times, so refunds after this date will be treated as per usual.

The last thing I would like to outline is our shipment cut off dates, which are taking place on the 10th December - no shipment will be possible after that date (this is due to longer shipping times and post office cut off dates, for which we sincerely apologize).
